At All Carpet Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase; if your bag isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your carpet bag in its original dust bag and shipping box to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
